Tawanda Gilbert is a passionate Mental Health Awareness Advocate dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness and promoting emotional well-being for all. With a strong commitment to equity and access, she works tirelessly to uplift under-served communities through education, outreach, and empowerment.


Drawing from personal experience and professional training, Tawanda creates safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can learn, heal, and connect. Whether leading workshops, collaborating with schools and nonprofits, or speaking at community events, she centers the voices of those often overlooked in mental health conversations. Tawanda believes that healing is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone deserves support on their journey. With a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, she is committed to fostering a world where mental wellness is a shared priority and no one feels alone in their struggles.
